Skills and Drills is for the intermediate/advanced player that wants to learn and improve their passing, setting and spiking fundamentals in a relaxed and fun setting. Lesson plans will help each student reach a new level. This class is designed for players who have taken the 101 class already or come in with a decent skills level. Spiking is for the intermediate and advanced player who wishes to learn proper arm swing and footwork and wants to enhance vertical jump skills. This class will greatly improve the student's spiking reach, vision and power. This is a great complement with our Skills and Drills class.

Early Summer - Skills & Drills 201
Improve your volleyball skills and stay fit with 60 minutes of high-intensity drills in setting, passing, serving, spiking, defense, and game strategy. This class is designed for the intermediate to advanced player to develop and hone their beach skill set in an extremely fun coed class. Our EVP instructors are great at helping to tailor classes towards what students want to improve upon. Instructors organize games at the end of each class.

Class lasts for 4 weeks and meets on Tuesdays AND Thursdays each week for a total of 8 sessions.
